“Where Creativity Meets Amenity” for Howard Hughes Center

With a large portfolio of commercial real estate buildings in Southern California, Equity Office was looking to rebrand the Howard Hughes Center property in Culver City as a creative campus environment. To do this, PUSH needed to change the perception of Howard Hughes Center, a property that is well known amongst a large audience of brokers as typically a corporate office campus for professional service companies, to the type of property where creative and tech companies can flourish in a corporate environment. We developed and managed a rebranding campaign that included message development and the creation of collateral materials to market the property. These materials were completely unique and innovative, and for the first time established a distinct brand for the Howard Hughes Center property.
